You might take it for granted, and not realize it until it’s gone. (i know you’ve probably heard it tons of times, but it really does work for the short term relaxation). In the long term, if you keep working on trying to not control the outcome of any given situation you will realized that it can’t stress you, and the more you practice this the easier it will become. And of course, meditation is one of the biggest relaxation tools out there that can almost eliminate all stress if you can find 10-20 minutes a day to meditate

1. DON’T CHASE MONEY.

2. STOP RESISTING

The reward of persevering is fulfillment.

One of the key characteristics that you may acquire by being persistent is that you become a top leader in your industry; People will look up to you.
