You never have time unless you make time, and then the rest of your life can begin.
People worry a lot about not having time to do what they want but what really happens is that we get distracted by little things that don’t matter that much or don’t contribute towards our ultimate goals. It is however possible to make time, because it is possible to change your habits.
If you put aside a little time each day to work towards the big things then your life will start to change. You might think that a little change is insignificant, but all the small things together will create a big impact. It’s like writing an essay; if you start the night before then it might seem like you’ve worked a lot, just because of the non-stop effort that was put into the task. But really, the essay might even turn out better if you just write a couple of paragraphs every day, which would only take about 30 minutes. And you know where those 30 minutes can come form? so many places, so many different procrastination utilities, facebook, instagram, youtube…
With this you can then even achieve a better life-work balance as you will be more relaxed, feeling more on top of your tasks, then being able to use the free time to exercise or get more sleep.
Think about it. Time management has never been easy, but it all starts with one step at a time.
